Refunds

All sales are final. Prompts are digital content delivered instantly, so once you have opened them we can't take them back, and we don't offer refunds for change of mind or for results you didn't like.

We do refund if you were charged twice for the same order, or if your purchase never reached your library or is faulty and we can't fix it. Email [email protected] with your order email and we'll sort it out.

Not getting the result you want? Email us anyway - most problems are fixed with a small change to the prompt or the photo, and we're happy to help.
